About us
JHN - Residential Design (JHN – Residential LLC) was started toward the end of 2008. We provide Residential Design & Planning services to the greater Beaufort County area, including surrounding Colleton, Hampton, Jasper & Charleston Counties.
Johan Niemand has 15 years experience as a Residential Designer, of which the last 10 years has been spent working in Beaufort County. Johan is a graduate of the Durban University of Technology with a National Higher Diploma in Architecture.
